Why should we make all the changes? I have been see a guy for about 6 months now and he has never wanted to spend an excessive amount of time with me, always chosing his mates on me and even pulling out of catch up's at the last minute. I have tried the "perfect girlfriend" trick, letting him go off with his mates, revolving my life around him so as to fit into his schedule, even cooking and cleaning around his house for him when he is too "tired" after a 5 hour shift when I work 10 hour days. Pure and simple, my boyfriend wants a part time prositute/part time maid. this is not what i want out of a relationship... after 6 mths i'm over it. I have spoken to him about it numerous times and he says he'll change but never does. i'm over it and reading this blog and reading how stupid some women are to believe that Mr. Right isnt out there so we have to change ourselves to suit them has actually made me decide to give my Mr. Wrong the flick and start again. It's never too late to start fresh and I'm not saying that you shouldn't make yourself a better person, but do it for yourself, no one else. You are the only one that matters!
